Close the fitbit app on your phone. Try changing Clock Face with the Clocks app on your watch. Install the one you were trying to install before. Open the fitbit app and sync. If this doesn't solve, restart the devices at the same time. If you can't fix it, please contact us.
How do I change 12/24 time format?
Log In to fitbit website. Click on the settings icon. Scroll down and change clock display time. If you can't fix it, please contact us.
The settings are not working?
There is a connection issue between your watch and phone. To fix restart your devices at the same time. If this doesn't solve, install a different clock face then install it again. If the issue still persists please contact us.
